Sri Lanka v South Africa, Match 7, ICC Champions Trophy

That's it from me. Follow rest of the action on Cricinfo

Magnificent pull shot from Kallis off the bowling of Fernando, it was very short, Kallis rocks back and pulls just over the square leg boundary for Maximum! It was Kallis 99th six in ODI innings.

Vaas into his final over, what a spell of bowling from the top bowler for Sri Lanka. Kallis looking for the gap through the packed off side field, unable to get through them. this time a bad fielding, gives away a boundary at extra-cover, as Jayasuriya dived over the ball. Finishes his spell gives a miserly 16 runs in his 10 overs. Great stuff! Picked up both the openers.

Welcome back, Kallis twists his ankle as he was going for the second run, the physio is called to look at him. We have some break in play as the Physio analyses the problem. Kallis is back on his feet with his ankle strapped. Play about to resume..... He is gingerly walking, seems to be in pain. 57/3 in 18 overs.

Time for drinks. Will be back soon, until then please tune into Cricinfo. South Africa 53/3 in 16 overs.

DJ Harper signals for the third Powerplay. Fernando to de Villiers, driven firmly to mid off. Good slower delivery, de Villiers blocks it to the off side, conceals it very well. Good length delivery on the stumps, pushes to mid on. Drifts down the leg side, glances it fine, Vaas quickly dives across to his right at short fine leg and prevents any run, wonderful fielding. Quick single taken to mid on, shy at the stumps misses, it was a tight single.

Vaas continues, into his eighth over. Although the pace of Vaas is not much, bowling around 119 km/h. Another maiden from Vaas, keeping it absolutely tight, wonderful stuff.

First change in the attack, Fernando comes on to bowl. de Villiers runs down the first ball to thirdman for a single. Good ball cuts back in, Kallis watchfully plays to backward-point. Steered down to thirdman for a single, it was shorter in length. Commentators excited about the shot, driven straight into the hands of the fielder at backward-point but on the bounce, it was hit into the ground. Lovely shot this time from de Villiers who latches onto a half-volley and drives it between the extra-cover and mid off. 50 comes up with that boundary. 50/3

Vaas continuing, South Africa scoring at 3.66 per over. Most of the Vaas deliveries are on the good length. Keeping it tight, not allowing a inch to the batsmen. A good over from Vaas comes to an end, it was a maiden over.

Nicely played from Gibbs, opens the blade and runs it down fine to thirdman fence. This time Malinga gets his man, it was short in length outside the off stump, fiddles at it wide off the body, gets the edge straight into the gloves of Sangakkara, South Africa two down for 30.

21/1 in 6 overs - Gibbs has been playing a long way away from the body. Another one goes outside the off stump, this time leaves it alone. Another one outside the off stump, left alone, Vaas teasing Gibbs. Gets the inside half off the bat and goes to mid on for a single.
